This is JB Foodie's second ever invitation to an event, this time by a well-known Japanese chain restaurant in Malaysia - Sushi King. The honor is all mine, to become a part of their special Facebook Fan Chat event at KSL City.  Many thanks to David, for making the effort to drop me emails and waiting patiently for my ever dismal response, without which the invite would not materialize :)

I was assigned a seat beside the window, sharing the table along with some famous fellow bloggers in Johor Bahru. You wouldn't have guessed whom I've met, 2 very nice gentlemen who shares the same passion as I do. I must say, it's a pleasure to meet them.

Look at the list of outlets Sushi King has across Malaysia. It just goes on and on ... from North to South and East to West. They got it all covered.

Susan (Marketing Manager) giving her speech on the event, and lending her support is Miss Tan (General Manager).

The guy who makes it all possible, Executive Chef Jun Sato.

We were taken on an exclusive tour of their kitchen, to see how all our meals were being prepared. A very unique experience, I must say.

Cool ! Now you know how our sushi rice were being prepared and in such uniform shapes. It's all about efficiency these days.

Trays of sushi waiting to be loaded up to the conveyor belt.

Can I have a plate please ? I love ebi tempura.

Fully loaded up and ready to go, piping hot from the kitchen. Hmm, what should I go for ?

Sato-san showing the audience how to prepare a temaki.

Privileged few on the mark to get their hands dirty (to have go at preparing temaki).

Smile ! All set and ready to go ?

Sato-san in action.

It's time to roll ! 101% concentration.

Look at our temaki. Not bad for a start eh ?

Last but not least, a big Thank You to Sushi King and it's fellow organizers for the exclusive invite. It has been a pleasure knowing all of you.
