This shop located at the intersection between Jalan Chengal and Jalan Meranti @ Taman Melodies, serves excellent Teochew style kuey tiao soup. The fish slices are fresh and so are the pig innards (which I'm not a fan of it). Usually my order would be dry mee (extra chilli sauce) with pork and fish slices. People who are a fan of spicy stuffs, should really ask them to provide you with more of the chilli sauce. It goes well with the noodles.

Just be prepared to wait up to 20 minutes during peak hours (breakfast/lunch hour), and they don't serve dinner. They are closed after 4pm, and sometimes earlier.

Extra chilli sauce to go with the noodle

Food: 7.5/10
Price: 6.5/10
Service: 8/10
Conclusion: Food is good and the ingredients are fresh, however there are certain occasions when their chilli sauce just didn't live up to its expectations. Problem probably lies with the chilli sauce supplier since they didn't make the chilli sauce themselves so its outta their control. Price is abit on the steep side, RM7 for a regular bowl of noodles with a couple of fish and pork slices. The long waiting time is sometimes a deterrent for me.
