Cedele's first flagship store was in East coast, and today it has expanded to a chain with more that 20 outlets ! An impressive feat considering it was founded in 1997. Although it is my first visit to the Cedele store at Rail Mall, I really enjoy the simplistic design in the cafe, very clean and neat lines....

We were quite skeptical about the food when we 1st visited this outlet 1 or 2 years back, and it doesn't help with this "creative" name they have for the restaurant. Nonetheless, we still gave it a try back then because they were one of the few places available for dinner when we moved into this new neighbourhood....
This air-conditioned eating outlet is located in the midst of banks-dominated area, Taman Molek. They serve a wide variety of local and HK cuisines (those which you usually find at 茶餐厅), and also a good selection of drinks as well. Al-Azhar Eating House is located along a stretch of shophouses opposite Beauty World Plaza. Mamak-ing isn't exactly what I always wanted to try out while in Singapore. I always felt there's less burden on the wallet and get at least 50% off the price on the food, when I mamak in Johor Bahru as compared to Singapore....
