Hidden along the row of shophouses in Taman Molek, Han BBQ is a lesser known sibling to the famous restaurants around. I called it famous simply because the place is crowded and has earned some rave reviews from my relatives who visited it. Let's see how it fares in comparison to my own taste buds.

Let's talk about the 1st impression it gave me, place is buzzling with people, not very cold and well ventilated, and their lack of staffs. It's very obvious they need an increase in manpower, with the amount of customers filling up the place.

Typical of all Korean restaurants, they will serve up a series of their appetizers while we wait for the main. The usual appetizers.

Decided to have Korean BBQ today as the weather is rather good after a downpour in the late afternoon. It has been a while since I've come back to this place as I prefer the other Korean BBQ outlet at Taman Pelangi. Food here is more expensive comparatively but ambience wise, this place is excellent for hanging out with colleagues after work or with a group of friends. You sit atop a hill, enjoying the breeze from the sea, alfresco style under a hut and beside a colonial house. A wonderful setting to let time creeps away, as you enjoy the food and company.

Anyway, let's get back to the food. They have lesser varieties on the menu as compared to some of the other Korean BBQ outlets around and they are priced more towards the premium end. In my opinion, the food are relatively ok, not something that will make you go "Wow" or go "Ewwww". It's just in between, neither good nor bad. This being the case, but on weekends you will see alot of Korean expats from our neighbouring country, Singapore dropping by for their dinner, either after a day of swing or shopping.
