Dinner In The Sky Malaysia officially returns for its third time, making its southern city debut in Johor at Puteri Harbour, Iskandar Puteri. This momentous event was officiated by the Johor Police Chief, Dato’ Wan Ahmad Najmuddin Mohd. The spectacular dining experience will be a month long event, with two to four dinners served daily in the beautiful Johor skies. Some notable VIPs for this event are Miss Malaysia Universe Kiran Jassal and one of Singapore’s internationally acclaimed, Chef Justin Quek.

Brought to you by 2Spicy Entertainment, Dinner In The Sky Malaysia is the first of its kind in South East Asia. Dinner In The Sky Malaysia made its inaugural debut in Malaysia on 1st August 2015 at the KL Tower followed by Penang on 25th February 2016. Already a well known brand of entertainment, this Belgian based novelty service has done over 5,000 dinner events in 40 cities around the world so far.

Forbes magazine has called it as one of the World's TOP TEN Most Unusual Restaurants.

Hosted right next to the scenic Puteri Harbour, guests can also elevate their gastronomic experience to the next level by feasting on the exquisite dishes prepared by our great chef at Tosca Trattoria Italiana of DoubleTree Hilton JB.

Starting off the Chef Menu with a starter - Marinated Wild Strawberries, Yellow Frisee, Feta Cheese, White Anchovies and Balsamic Jelly




Next item on the Chef Menu list - Green Pea & Basil Soup, Truffle CreamBasil




And for the main course, selections to choose from.
Australian Lamb Rump, Cherry Tomato on the vine, Grilled Parmesan Polenta and Jus Viande 
OR
Free Range Chicken Breast Koffman’s Cabbage, Fondant Potato and Porcini Mushroom Sauce 
OR
Slow Cooked Wagyu Beef Cheek, Gaufrette Potato and Baby Spinach 
OR
Baked Cod Fish, Red Pepper Chutney, Spinach, Horseradish Mash, Fresh Passion Fruit

I opted the Chicken Breast for my main.

After an hour up in the air, it's time to return to Earth. On the way back, we were treated to even more fireworks. A befitting finale to this momentous event.
